The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team will travel to Indianapolis, Ind. in search of its first GLVC win of the season. The Prairie Stars will take on Indianapolis on Saturday afternoon.

UIS suffered a 64-52 loss to Southern Indiana on Thursday night at TRAC. The loss dropped the squad to 2-5 overall and 0-2 in GLVC play.

Indianapolis also lost on Thursday with an 85-71 setback against Lewis. The Greyhounds are 4-3 on the year, and 1-1 in conference action.

The Prairie Stars and the Greyhounds both rank in the top-four in the GLVC in scoring defense. UIS is third by allowing 66.6 points per game, while Indianapolis is fourth by giving up 67.1 points per contest.
