The University of Illinois Springfield men's soccer team ended its best NCAA regular season with a 1-0 victory over Drury on Sunday afternoon in Springfield, Mo.

The game's only goal came from
Anton Aduwa-Emovon who scored in the 63rd minute.
Lucas Harris was awarded the assist on the goal.

Besides that goal, the game was equal throughout. Drury had a narrow 14-13 shot advantage, including a 6-5 edge in shots on goal. UIS took two more corner kicks in the game with seven compared to Drury's five.

Pijus Petkevicius played the first 78 minutes and earned the win in goal. He made four saves.
Anree Bogart competed the shutout by playing 12 minutes and making two saves.
Conal Gallagher had a team-high four shots, and
Browel Some led the squad with three shots on goal.

UIS ends the regular season with an 11-4-1 overall record. It finished second in the GLVC with a 10-2-1 mark. The bracket for the GLVC Tournament will be released later this evening.
