The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team starts its final road trip of the 2019-20 season this Saturday. The Prairie Stars will be in action at 3 p.m. against McKendree in Lebanon, Ill.

UIS saw a two-game winning streak snapped last Thursday with a 71-62 setback against Southern Indiana.

McKendree has won two straight games, including a 70-65 road victory at Lewis on Thursday night.

Two of the top three-point shooters in the GLVC will square off on Saturday. UIS's Jesus Castillo ranks second in the GLVC and 21st in NCAA Division II with 3.32 three-pointers a game. McKendree's Oliver Stephen is currently third in the league, and 30th in the nation, with 3.25 three-pointers a contest.
