The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team will take on nationally-ranked Missouri-St. Louis this Thursday at TRAC. The two squads will tip off at 7:30 p.m.
UIS is searching for its second win this season over a ranked program. Earlier this month, the Prairie Stars defeated No. 11 Indianapolis on the road.
Missouri-St. Louis has won 15 of its last 16 contests, with the lone loss coming on the road at No. 1 Bellarmine.
Last Monday, UIS fell to Lewis by a 72-61 score. Missouri-St. Louis defeated Lindenwood by a 103-80 margin.
Missouri-St. Louis is third in NCAA Division II by allowing 60.4 points a game. UIS in in the upper half of the GLVC with 79.1 points a contest.
