Coach
Mike De Witt had these comments: Â "It was great to see the continued improvement racing, and in particular the solid finishes by the ladies across the team. Â This meet offered a very good field of runners for our top entries, but in each event we were competitive thru the fields. Â It is important to note that we are still learning how to race and train as a whole. Â The front of the team sets a great competitive example for everyone else and it has been great to see everyone dig in to compete at their best."
