SPRINGFIELD, IL - The University of Illinois Springfield men's soccer team looks to extend its winning streak this weekend when the Prairie Stars host Southern Indiana and travel to Bellarmine. Game times are set for Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday in Louisville at 1:30 p.m. CT., respectively.

The Prairie Stars won both of their games last weekend, defeating South Dakota School of Mines 3-0 and the University of Mary 2-1. Sunday's win against Mary marked the third overtime win for the team this season, including preseason.

• The Prairie Stars have won the last two meetings against the Screaming Eagles, 2-1 and 1-0.

Bellarmine

• The Knights are 2-1 after a pair of 1-0 wins last weekend.
• In 194 minutes of action, goalkeeper Zach Pogue has recorded four saves and not allowed a single goal
• Bellarmine suffered its only loss of the season against Cedarville (Ohio) on September 3 by the score of 3-0.
• Head Coach Tim Chastonay returns for his 18th season with the Knights.
