SPRINGFIELD, IL - The University of Illinois Springfield volleyball team looks for their first road win as they travel to take on the Greyhounds of Indianapolis and the Pumas of St. Joseph's. The match against Indy is set for Friday at 7 p.m. ET and the match against St. Joe's is set for Saturday at 3 p.m.

QUICK HITS

• UIS has a 4-12 overall record with a 2-5 GLVC record.

LAST TIME

• In 2014, the Prairie Stars lost to St. Joe's (3-2). UIS started the match by winning the first 2 of 3 sets. They would go on to lose the final two sets (25-17, 15-10). Senior Nikki Madoch and junior Ashley Beaton recorded 11 kills each. Sophomore Lexi Hall had 28 helpers of the teams 47.
• On the same road trip, UIS lost to Indy in three straight sets. The Prairie Stars will look for senior Nikki Madoch, junior Ashley Beaton, and sophomore Lexi Hall to help take on the Pumas & Greyhounds.

• Indy is 6-11 on the season, sitting in 5th place on the East side of the GLVC with a 3-4 record.
