Freshman tennis player Jane Carter went 6-1 in the month of March and help UIS post a 4-4 record. Her best win came against a nationally-ranked player from Northwest Missouri State. At doubles, she put up a 4-4 mark in the No. 1 spot with partner Danielle Mendoza. In just her first semester with UIS, Carter is 11-2 and 3-0 in GLVC play.
