Bergerud started all 26 games this season, averaging 16.3 points per game and becoming the program's first 1,000 point scorer. She recorded 10 games with at least 20 points and set the program record for most points scored in a single game with 31 against McKendree on senior night. She scored in double figures in 20 of her 26 games and leaves UIS as the all-time leading scoring in women's basketball history.
