Adrien first joined the Prairie Stars athletics staff in fall 2025 as an intern, supporting both operations and marketing initiatives. In that role, she assisted with game-day operations across multiple sports, helping coordinate event logistics, manage in-venue promotions, and ensure a smooth experience for student-athletes and fans. Adrien also contributed to marketing efforts, including promotional planning and fan engagement activities. Her background as a volleyball student-athlete at Southern Illinois University Carbondale provided valuable insight during volleyball events, where she helped with match operations and served as a resource on sport-specific procedures.
In March, Adrien returned to the department as a Development Assistant. In this role, she supports team communications and assists with a variety of projects tied to Advancement and fundraising efforts. Her responsibilities include coordinating messaging related to athletics initiatives, helping manage donor and alumni outreach, and assisting with additional projects that support the department’s partnership with the University’s Advancement team.
