Sarah Howard-Amuka is in her first season as an assistant on the volleyball coaching staff in 2024. 

Howard-Amuka has previously worked as a middle school volleyball coach at Sacred Heart Academy in 2022. She was also the boys and girls varsity assistant volleyball coach at the Newark Collegiate Academy in 2023. 

Howard-Amuka graduated from Principia College in 2012 with a B.A. in Fine Arts and Minor in Educational Studies. She played volleyball all four years and was awarded second team All-Conference her senior year. 

She is originally from Falconer, New York.
