WHY I CHOSE UIS:
I chose UIS because it feels like a home away from home. I knew Coach Erin Egolf from previous training sessions with my club soccer team and really liked her coaching style. After attending an ID Camp, my decision was made. I got to meet the team and tour the campus and fell in love with the idea of being a student-athlete at the University of Illinois Springfield. It's a great feeling knowing that I get to continue my academic and athletic career at UIS.
