Indoor Track and Field: Finished 1st in 4x400 at Illiana Invite (1/13/17) with time of 4:24.85 ... Finished 4th in 400m dash at Illiana Invite (1/13/17) with time of 1:10.06 ... Ran personal best 1:59.18 in 600m run at Titan First Chance (12/3/16) ... Ran personal best 2:44.81 in the 800m at the Illinois College Alumni Classic (2/17/17).

Outdoor Track and Field: Finished 2nd in 4x400 at Big Blue Alumni Meet (4/8/17) with time of 4:16.23 ... Ran personal best 30.21 in the 200m at Augustana College Early Spring Opener (3/25/17). 

As a Freshman (2015-2016)
Indoor - Took part in the long jump event with a mark of 3.86m and earning 12th place at the IWU Titan First Chance 2015 (Dec. 5) ... ran a season best 3:01.67 in the 800 at IWU Top Times Titan Open (Jan. 30) ... also took part in the 4x4 that ran 4:53.03 taking 5th place at the Illinois College Alumni Classic (Feb. 19)

Outdoor - Ran a season best 1:06.29 and earning 4th place at the Illinois College True Blue Twilight meet (Mar. 29) ... ran a 2:48.56 at the Rose-Hulman Twilight Invitational meet (Mar. 22)
