2022- Earned two all-GLVC honors … hit a NCAA qualifying mark in the mile, and had the 56^th-fastest time in NCAA Division II … had four individual top-five finishes, including runner-up in the mile at the Bellarmine Open, and the 5,000m at the Bill Clinger Classic … at the GLVC Championships, earned all-GLVC honors with a third-place finish in the mile … also a member of the all-conference distance medley relay team which came in second.

2022- NCAA Division II national qualifier … All-Region in the 1,500m … GLVC Individual Champion and All-GLVC … hit the NCAA qualifying mark in the 1,500m and had the 25^th-fastest time in NCAA Division II … had five top-five finishes … won his heat in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … won the GLVC Championship in the 1,500m … finished 23^rd at the NCAA Division II National Championships in the 1,500m.
 
Prior to UIS:
A transfer from SIU-Carbondale … a member of the cross country program for two years, and a member of the track program for one … finished 12^th at the 2021 Missouri Valley Conference Cross Country Championships, and earned honorable mention all-conference honors … in the 2021 indoor season, finished fifth in the mile at the MVC Championships … won the mile run at the 2021 Don DeNoon Dual.
