th overall at the GLVC Championships … had a top-10 finish at the UIS Invitational with an eighth-place showing … his top 8,000m time on the season, which came at the conference meets, was the third-fastest in program history for a freshman … was the top UIS runner in the Gold race at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational.
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in two races … member of the 4x400 relay team at the Bellarmine Open.
2021- Competed in two events … had top-10 finishes in both races, including finishing sixth in the 5,000m at the Bob Eubanks Open.
2020- Ran in seven meets … competed in the GLVC Championships as a member of the 4x400 relay team which came in 13
th … had three top-10 individual finishes on the year … came in third in the 3,000m at the Hilltop Invitational … was fourth in the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic in the 5,000m.
UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in four meets … had one individual top-10 finish with a seventh-place showing in the 5,000m at the Dick Cochran Invite.
2021- Ran in four competitions … was 23
rd at the GLVC Championships in the 5,000m … was a member of the 4x400 relay team that came in 13
th at the conference meet … had two individual top-10 finishes, including sixth in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invite.

An all-state cross country runner … finished sixth as a senior at the cross country state meet, and 22
nd in his junior season … as a sophomore, finished sixth at the state track meet as a member of the 4x800 relay team … four-time all-conference selection in cross country … three-time all-conference in track … two-time cross country champion in his junior and senior seasons, and conference MVP those years … as a senior, won track conference championships in the 1,600m and 3,200m … named his team’s Most Improved Award as a freshman … earned his team’s 3-D award for four straight years … has personal-best times of 15:10.7 in the cross country three-mile, 9:46 in the 3,200m, 4:33.02 in the 1,600m, and 2:01.4 in the 800m … academic all-conference all four years.
