2021- Ran in two races … was 64^th at the GLVC Championships.
 
2020- Ran in all three races … finished 47^th at the GLVC Championships … came in sixth overall at the GLVC Triangular meet.
 
2019- Competed in six races … finished among the top-five on the team in three events, including both postseason competitions … came in 76^th overall at the GLVC meet and 114^th at the NCAA regionals … was 14^th overall at the UIS Invitational.

2018- Ran in six competitions … finished fourth or better on the team in all six meets … came in seventh at the UIS Invitational … came in 45^th at the GLVC Championship and 119^th at the NCAA Regional meet.
 
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in six meets … won the 3,000m at the Hilltop Invite … at the GLVC Championships, was 17^th in the 5,000m.
 
2021- Competed in four meets … won the 5,000m at the Herschel Neil Invite … was runner-up in the mile run at the Greyhound Collegiate Invitational.
 
2020- Competed in six meets … qualified for the GLVC Championships and finished 20^th in the 5,000m … had one top-10 finish by coming in eighth at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic.

2019- Redshirted.
 
UIS Outdoor Track and Field
2022- Competed in eight meets … had four top-10 finishes … was runner-up in the 5,000m at the Dick Cochran Invite … scored at the GLVC Championships by finishing eighth in the 10,000m.
 
2021- Ran in three meets … at the GLVC Championships, finished 10^th in the 10,000m … won the 10,000m at the Dick Cochran Classic.
 
2020- Season Cancelled.

2019- Competed in five meets … finished 17^th at the GLVC Championships in the 10,000m … was third at the Bellarmine Classic in the 10,000m.
 
UIS Academic Awards:
2022- GLVC Academic All-Conference.

High School:
Competed in cross country and track and field with Normal Community High School for four years … team MVP in cross country as a senior … clocked 3,200 PR of 12:32 … put together 3-mile PR of 19:28 … posted 1,600 PR of 5:42 … turned in 800 PR of 2:35.
