2022- Competed in three meets … hit NCAA qualifying marks in the 3,000m and 5,000m, and finished the year with the 52
nd-fastest time in the 3,000m and 37
th-fastest time in the 5,000m … had two individual top-10 finishes … was third in the 3,000m at the Bill Clinger Classic … was tenth in the mile at the Bellarmine Open.

2020- An All-American … the first NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field national qualifier in program history after advancing in the 5,000m … earned all-GLVC honors … competed in six meets … at the GLVC meet, earned all-conference honors with a runner-up finish in the 3,000m … also scored at the conference meet in the 5,000m with a third-place showing … ranked 13
th in the nation in the 5,000m, but did not compete at nationals after the meet was cancelled … also hit a NCAA provisional mark in the 3,000m, and was ranked 28
th in the nation … finished fourth or better in all six individual races she competed in … won the 5,000m at the Pittsburg State Invitational … won the 3,000m at the Grand Valley State Big Meet.

UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in two meets … was a member of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the ONU Outdoor Invitational.
2021- Second-team All-American … GLVC Individual Champion … earned an all-GLVC honor … national qualifier in the 10,000m, the first women’s national qualifier at UIS in outdoor track … earned a NCAA provisional mark in the 5,000m with the 19
th-fastest time in the nation … ran in five meets … finished 11
th in the 10,000m race at the NCAA Division II National Championships … won her second straight 10,000m GLVC Championship … finished in the top-10 in her three regular season races, including second in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invite.

2019- GLVC Individual Champion … all-GLVC … won the 10,000m race at the conference meet, becoming the first female conference individual champion from the UIS track program … earned a NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 10,000m, and finished with the 23
