2020- Competed in all three races … scored for the team in two of those competitions … finished 34^th at the GLVC Championships … had an eighth-place finish at the GLVC Triangular meet.
 
2019- Redshirted.

2018- Competed in three events … finished in the top-five on the team in two competitions … finished 57^th at the GLVC Championships.
 
2017- Ran in four races … won the Orion Twilight Mini-Meet … was runner-up in the UIS Invitational.
 
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Did not compete in any events.
 
2021- Competed in three events … was sixth overall in the 5,000m at the Samford January Open.
 
2020- Competed in six meets … at the GLVC Championships, finished 14^th in the 5,000m, and was a member of 4x400 relay team that finished 13^th … had two top-10 finishes, including coming in fifth in the 3,000m at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic.

2019- Ran in three meets … finished 17^th at the GLVC Championships in the 5,000m.
 
2018- Redshirted.
 
UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in one event … was 10^th in the 400m at the ONU Outdoor Invitational.
 
2021- Redshirted.
 
2020- Season Cancelled.

2019- Competed in five events … helped UIS score at the GLVC Championship as a member of the 4x400 relay team that came in seventh … finished 10^th individually at the GLVC meet in the 10,000m … had three top-six finishes in the regular season … won the 10,000m event at the Bellarmine Classic.
 
2018- Ran in six competitions … finished fourth in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invitational … at that event, also finished fifth as a member of the 4x400 relay team.

Competed in cross country and track and field with Litchfield High School for four years … led 4x800 relay team to all-state performance, finishing eighth in the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) 1A State Meet with a time of 9:58.04 … qualified for the 800 finals in the IHSA 1A State Meet as a senior and raced to a PR time of 2:24.14 … qualified for IHSA 1A State Meet in the 1,600 as a senior … two-time IHSA 1A state-meet qualifier in cross country (Junior, Senior) … two-time all-South Central Conference recipient in cross country (Junior, Senior)  … posted 3-mile PR (18:48) in IHSA 1A state meet as a senior … team secured IHSA 1A sectional crown in track and field as a senior ... team earned IHSA 1A regional crown in cross country as a senior ... contributed 1,600 PR (5:27.85) in IHSA 1A sectional meet as a senior.
