2021- Ran in five meets … led the team in two races and was top-two on the team in every competition … won the Prairie Star Invitational … finished 23^rd at the GLVC Championships … was 77^th at the NCAA Midwest Region.
 
2020- Earned all-GLVC honors … competed in three races … was runner-up at the GLVC Triangular … finished fourth in the GLVC East Divisional … came in 11^th at the GLVC Championships.
 
2019- Completed five races during the year … was third or better on the team in each competition … finished third overall at the UIS Invitational … was 99^th at the NCAA Regional Championships.
 
2018- Ran in the final five races of the season … led the team at the Lewis Crossover … top overall finish was 29^th at the Festival Year Fiasco race … finished 47^th at the GLVC Championships and 102^nd in the NCAA Regional meet.
 
2017- Competed in six events … finished fourth at the Orion Twilight Mini-Meet … sixth overall at the UIS Invitational … finished 93^rd at the GLVC Championships and 177^th at the NCAA Regional competition.
 
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in six meets … had three individual top-10 finishes … was second in the 3,000m at the Bellarmine Open … finished 15^th in the 800m at the GLVC Championships, and was a member of the seventh-place distance medley relay team.
 
2021- Competed in six meets … had four individual top-ten finishes … won the 800m at the Indianapolis Track and Field Classic … was third in the 800m at the Herschel Neil Invite.
 
2020- Competed in all seven meets … scored in two events at the GLVC Championships … was third in the 800m, and eighth in the 3,000m … also a member of the 4x400 relay team at the conference meet that finished 13^th … had five top-five individual finishes on the year … won the mile run at the Indianapolis Collegiate Championships … won the 800m at the Hilltop Invitational.
 
2019- Ran in four meets … finished fourth in the 800m at the GLVC Championships … also a member of two relay teams that scored at conference, with a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 relay and seventh-place showing in the distance medley relay … won two events in the Jim Green Invitational in the 800m and mile … had two top-five relay finishes at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic.
 
2018- Competed in seven events … ran in two relays at the GLVC Championships, finishing eighth in the 4x400 relay and 12^th in the distance medley relay … had three top-five finishes in 800m race, including runner-up showing at the Snow Bird Open … a part of the relay team that won the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic 4x400 race.
 
UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in four meets … had three individual top-10 finishes … came in fourth in the 800m at the Big Blue Alumni Invite and Dick Cochran Invite.
 
2021- Competed in six meets … had six individual top-10 finishes … won the 800m at the ONU Outdoor Open … won the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invite … scored in two events at the GLVC Championships, finishing fifth in the 1,500m and fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase.
 
2020- Season Cancelled.
 
2019- Competed in six meets … finished third at the GLVC Championships in the 800m … also a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished seventh at the conference meet … had five top-four individual finishes in the regular season … earned second-place finishes in the 800m at the Big Blue Alumni Invitational and True Blue Open, and in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invitational.
 
2018- Ran in nine events … finished 16^th in the GLVC Championships in the 800m, and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that scored with an eighth-place finish … had six top-10 individual finishes on the year … runner-up showing in the 800m at the Big Blue Alumni Invitational.

Competed in track and field with Big Foot High School in Walworth, Wis. for four years … three-time Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) Division 2 track and field state qualifier (sophomore-senior) … 4x800 relay captured first in state during junior year … 4x400 relay secured second in state during junior year … 4x800 relay claimed third in state as a senior … 4x400 relay took sixth in state during sophomore year … qualified for state in 4x400 as a sophomore … three-time state qualifier in 800 (sophomore-senior) … earned sectional titles in 4x800 and 4x400 as a junior … posted a season PR of 2:25 in the 800, as well as PRs of 5:40 in the 1,600 and 12:13 in the 3,200 during senior year … clocked PR splits of 2:19 in the 800 and 58.8 seconds in the 400 during the state meet as a junior … turned in PR of 5:40 in 1,600 as a junior … put together an 800 season PR of 2:23 and a 60-second 400 relay split during sophomore year … ran to season PR of 2:27 in the 800 as a freshman … competed in volleyball for four years … competed in basketball as a freshman and sophomore.
