UIS men's tennis senior Pablo Herrera has been named All-GLVC for the third consecutive season, capping off an outstanding career at the top of the Prairie Stars lineup.
Herrera, who competed in the No. 1 position in both singles and doubles, went 3-1 in GLVC singles play and 3-1 in conference doubles action during his senior season. He finished the year with a 14-4 overall singles record and a 9-8 mark in doubles, consistently delivering in the toughest spots of the lineup.
A three-time all-conference selection, Herrera leaves UIS as a cornerstone of the program, having led the Prairie Stars against top competition throughout his career.
In addition to his All-GLVC recognition, Herrera was selected as UIS men's tennis' GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award honoree. Thoughout the year, each GLVC member selects one student-athlete per sport, with one institutional nominee winning the conference-wide award at the conclusion of the 2025-26 academic year.
Herrera's final conference honors reflect both his high-level performance in the conference and beyond, closing his Prairie Stars career on a strong note.
