Rosie Bartletti has been named Great Lakes Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season following a dominant weekend that featured two complete games.
Bartletti allowed just one earned run for a stellar 0.54 ERA, surrendering only six hits while striking out 13 and walking three across 13 innings pitched. Her top outing came against Southwest Baptist on Sunday, where she fired a six-inning shutout with 10 strikeouts, giving up just three hits and two walks.
The Springfield native earned her eighth win of the season, continuing to support a strong UIS pitching staff.
In addition to her work in the circle, Bartletti contributed offensively with four hits, including a double, while driving in six runs and adding two stolen bases.
This marks the fifth GLVC Pitcher of the Week honor of Bartletti's career, and she becomes the latest Prairie Star to earn the distinction since
Calista Stahlhut on Feb. 23, 2026.
