Friday, March 6
1 p.m. – Women's Tennis vs. Purdue Northwest
The Prairie Stars (3-6) are coming off a 5-2 win over in-region opponent Roosevelt and stay home to face Purdue Northwest (3-6), which most recently fell 7-0 to Northwood. UIS dropped a 5-2 decision to PNW in the fall and looks to even the season series.

1:00 p.m. – Men's Tennis vs. Purdue Northwest
UIS (5-4) won four matches in February and aims to continue its strong play against another Midwest Regional opponent. Purdue Northwest (5-3) edged UIS 4-3 in October, giving the Prairie Stars added motivation in the rematch.

1:00 p.m. – Baseball vs. Davenport
The Prairie Stars (9-4) open their first full home weekend series at the UIS Baseball Field after going 2-1 at the Atlantic Region Crossover in West Virginia. In-region foe Davenport (3-8) has faced only GLVC competition so far this season, including a sweep by Rockhurst, a split with UIndy and a 1-3 series loss to Quincy. UIS trails the all-time series 2-3.

3:00 p.m. – Softball vs. Washburn (Grand Slam Classic)
UIS travels to Branson, Mo., for the Grand Slam Classic. The Prairie Stars are coming off a doubleheader sweep of Roosevelt, highlighted by two shutouts. Washburn (21-4) has already played 25 games this season and leads the all-time series 3-1.

5:00 p.m. – Softball vs. Nebraska-Kearney (Grand Slam Classic)
Nebraska-Kearney enters at 9-12 after going 0-4 at the Top Gun Midwest Classic. UIS leads the all-time series 2-1. The weekend presents valuable in-region competition for the Prairie Stars.

7:45 p.m. – Men's Basketball vs. McKendree (GLVC Quarterfinal)
The Illinois Springfield Prairie Stars face McKendree in the quarterfinal round of the GLVC Men's Basketball Championship Tournament. The teams split the regular-season meetings, each defending its home court. A win would send UIS to the 7:45 p.m. semifinal on Saturday.
