The Prairie Stars continue their fall season with another busy week of competition, highlighted by soccer matches at Lewis on Wednesday and home soccer matches against Southwest Baptist on Saturday. Volleyball will compete at the Midwest Regional Crossover on Friday and Saturday, while men's tennis will compete at the ITA Regionals throughout the weekend. Both the men's and women's golf teams will also begin the Bearcat Dual Gender early the following week.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

5 p.m. — Women's Soccer at Lewis
UIS (7-4-2, 5-3-2 GLVC) looks to continue its unbeaten run as it travels to Romeoville, Ill., to face Lewis (5-7-1, 4-5-1 GLVC). The Prairie Stars have not lost in their last four matches, recording three wins and most recently tying Maryville (6-4-4, 6-1-3 GLVC), 0-0. The Stars are unbeaten in their last four meetings with the Flyers.

7:30 p.m. — Men's Soccer at Lewis
UIS (1-9-3, 1-6-3 GLVC) takes on Lewis (3-7-2, 2-6-2 GLVC) following a defeat against conference leader Maryville (9-3-2, 7-1-2 GLVC). Lewis picked up a 3-1 win over Missouri S&T (8-5-0, 6-5-0 GLVC) in its last outing. The Stars trail the Flyers 12-15 in the all-time series.

Friday, Oct. 16

Time TBA — Volleyball at Midwest Regional Crossover
UIS (4-14, 1-7 GLVC) heads to the Midwest Regional Crossover in Hammond, Ind., where the Stars will compete in three matches over two days against teams from the Midwest Region.

All day — Men's Tennis at ITA Regionals
UIS men's tennis heads to Grand Rapids, Mich., for its final event of the fall season. The ITA Regionals bring together teams from across the Midwest Region to compete.

2:00 p.m. — Baseball vs. SWIC
The Praire Stars host the junior college opponent for a fall scrimmage. 

Saturday, Oct. 17

12 p.m. — Women's Soccer vs. Southwest Baptist
UIS (7-4-2, 5-3-2 GLVC) takes on Southwest Baptist (5-7-2, 3-6-1 GLVC) in its weekend matchup. UIS faces Lewis (5-7-1, 4-5-1 GLVC) on Wednesday, while SBU takes on Rockhurst (8-3-2, 6-3-1 GLVC). The Stars look to extend their advantage in the all-time series against SBU, which currently stands at 5-1-1.

1:00 p.m. — Baseball vs. Heartland
The Praire Stars host the junior college opponent for a fall scrimmage. 

2:30 p.m. — Men's Soccer vs. Southwest Baptist
