The Prairie Stars are looking to break through in their first weekend of conference play. UIS last competed on March 22 in a 5-2 loss to Drury, in which
Pablo Herrera and
Lin En Tan each claimed a singles victory. Herrera owns a 4-3 singles record, including back-to-back wins over Purdue Northwest and Drury, while Tan is 3-4 on the season.
Missouri-St. Louis (7-6)
The Tritons enter conference play after going 2-1 in a recent trio of matches against GLVC West teams—defeating Quincy (5-2) and Southwest Baptist (4-3), and falling to No. 31 Drury (4-0).
Percy Siercke leads the team in singles with an 8-5 record. Tanin Ramnath is 5-8, and Henry Roberts is 5-2. In doubles, Ramnath and Daniel Berdecio have been the most consistent pair with a 4-5 record.
Maryville (4-8)
The Saints picked up a notable 5-2 win over No. 21 William Woods to wrap up March and are 1-4 in non-conference matchups against teams from the GLVC West.
Juan Suero leads Maryville with an 8-3 singles record, and Jack Quilty is 6-4.
