The Illinois Springfield men's tennis team continued Great Lakes Valley Conference play on Saturday afternoon, falling 7-0 to Lewis. The Prairie Stars are now 0-10 overall and 0-3 in conference action, with two league matches remaining in the regular season.

• Pablo Herrera and Lin En Tan opened strong with a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles. Viktor Karpati and Antonio Ayerbe Streubel dropped a close 6-4 match at No. 2, and Lewis secured the doubles point by default at No. 3.
• In singles, Viktor Karpati was defeated 6-2, 6-3 at the top spot, followed by a competitive 6-4, 7-5 loss by Pablo Herrera at No. 2.
• Antonio Ayerbe Streubel fell 7-5, 6-1 at No. 3.
• Lin En Tan took his match to a tiebreaker at No. 4 but came up short 6-2, 4-6, 10-2.
• Lukas Pieringer was edged out 6-3, 7-5 at No. 5, and Lewis earned the final point by default at No. 6 singles.
