The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball won an entertaining contest on Saturday afternoon against Indianapolis to celebrate Senior Day. UIS improves to 14-11 overall, with a 12-7 record in conference play. Twelve wins is the most in conference play in school history. Indianapolis falls to an even 12-12 on the season, with a 9-9 record in GLVC play.

• Both teams took turns holding slim leads in the first quarter

• Indy was able to build a lead in the second quarter behind 62.5% shooting from the floor

• UMSL, Upper Iowa, Drury, Lewis, Missouri S&T, and Rockhurst joined UIS in the win column on Saturday afternoon

• Drury and Lewis both are 15-3 in conference play
