The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team dominated Truman State from start to finish to win their fourth consecutive conference game. UIS improves to 9-7 overall, with a 7-3 record in the GLVC. Truman State drops to 3-11 overall, with an 0-8 conference record.

• Both teams started the first quarter slowly, then UIS ended the quarter on a buzzer-beating jumper to lead 17-11
