The University of Illinois Springfield men's tennis team is home this weekend for a pair of GLVC games against Indianapolis and Lewis. All three teams come into the week ranked in the top-75 in NCAA Division II with Indianapolis at No. 13, Lewis at No. 51, and UIS at No. 73.

UIS is now 6-6 on the season, and 0-1 in conference action. The Prairie Stars lost their conference opener last weekend at McKendree by a 7-0 score.

UIS has been improving doubles play a lot recently, and the pair formed by
Menno Servaes and
Sebastian Jonsson is now 8-3 in the season playing at No. 1. In singles,
Menno Servaes is leading the team playing in the top position with a 17-5 record, and
Tomas Martinez has also achieved amazing results at the top of the lineup with a 12-9 record.
