The University of Illinois Springfield volleyball squad could not pull out a victory in its final road contest on Saturday in Lebanon, Ill. The Prairie Stars lost three close sets by scores of 25-22, 26-24, and 25-22.

UIS had more kills and blocks in the match. The Bearcats had eight services though, six more than the Prairie Stars.

Kenzie Hendon led UIS with 11 kills and 13 points.
Zanea Spencer and
Hannah Nicolaisen both had seven kills and team-highs five blocks.
Regan Trueblood had a team-high 19 assists, three more than
Becca Blakeley.
Angela Denney and
Amanda McConnell were both in double-figure totals for digs.

UIS falls to 3-13 on the year. The Prairie Stars end their season next week at home against Southern Indiana and Indianapolis.
