The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team starts its final two weeks of the regular season with a road trip to McKendree on Tuesday afternoon. The Prairie Stars and Bearcats will tip-off at 3 p.m.

UIS enters play this week with an 8-8 overall record. The Prairie Stars are looking for a strong finish to their best GLVC season in program history. They are currently ninth in the conference's Point Rating System, one spot out of making the conference tournament field.

McKendree enters the game with a 7-11 overall record. The Beacats won on Saturday with an 86-81 victory over Missouri S&T.

UIS won the first meeting this year between the two by a 68-58 score. Grace Weber had a career-high 16 points for the Prairie Stars.
