The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team will look to move to 4-0 on the season for the first time in program history on Thursday night. The Prairie Stars will have to get past Lincoln in order to accomplish that feat.

UIS picked up a big road victory on Tuesday night with a 66-63 win over Kentucky Wesleyan. Olivia Stephens put the Prairie Stars ahead for good with 39 seconds remaining.

Lincoln is 2-1 on the year after a 77-point win on Tuesday against NCAA Division III Blackburn. The Blue Tigers are averaging 83.3 points per game on the year.

UIS has won its last two home openers, including a last-second 76-75 win over Quincy last year. The Prairie Stars are 17-9 all-time in their home openers.
