The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team travels to St. Charles, Mo. this Thursday for a 5:30 p.m. game against Lindenwood. 

UIS is looking to bounce back after an 83-76 setback last Saturday against McKendree.

Lindenwood comes into the game on a three-game winning streak, and five wins in its last six contests. Last Saturday, the Lions defeated William Jewell by an 85-62 score.

Earlier this season, UIS fell to Lindenwood by a 70-59 margin. The game was closer than the final score, with the Prairie Stars being within four with a few minutes left. UIS's defense held Lindenwood to just 35.6 percent shooting, but the Lions made 10 more free throws in the contest than UIS.
