The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team will look to extend its winning streak over Quincy to five games this Saturday. The Prairie Stars will face the Hawks in Quincy, Ill. at 1 p.m.

UIS gave GLVC co-leader Truman State a major scare on Thursday night. The Prairie Stars led by ten at halftime and five after three quarters, but the Bulldogs had a big fourth quarter for an 81-75 victory.

Quincy has lost three straight contests. On Thursday, the Hawks fell to Lewis by a 70-54 margin.

Quincy has a big lead in the series history, but UIS has won four straight against the Hawks, including two in a row in Quincy. In those four games, UIS is averaging 78.3 points a game, while allowing just 61.5 points a contest.
