The No. 47 University of Illinois Springfield women's tennis team fell in its GLVC Semifinal match on Saturday morning in Indianapolis, Ind. The Prairie Stars lost to No. 6 Indianapolis by a 4-0 margin.
 
The Greyhounds won the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles matches to earn the doubles point. Indianapolis lost just one game in those two matches. At No. 2 doubles, Kena Bere and Nethra Thenappan trailed 4-2 when their match was ended unfinished.
 
Indianapolis then swept the first three singles slots to end the match. Mokhasi fell at number one by scores of 6-3, 6-3. Ashley Long and Bere fell at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively.
 
The Prairie Stars fall to 14-5 on the season.
