The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team will host nationally-ranked Lewis on Thursday night at TRAC.

UIS is tied for seventh in the GLVC Point Rating System with a 2.61 rating. Lewis ranks second in the GLVC Point Rating System with a 4.13 rating.

The Prairie Stars took down Quincy in a 77-65 victory last Saturday. Tehya Fortune notched a career-high 23 points. Ellie Mitchell contributed seven points, eight rebounds, four steals and four assists. No. 18 Lewis earned an 83-59 victory against Rockhurst last Saturday.

Lewis earned an 82-59 victory against UIS in Romeoville last season.
