Washington Park

The Velasco Tennis Center at Washington Park, located on the south edge of Springfield's largest recreational park, is the home of the UIS men's and women's tennis programs.  The facility contains 12 courts, of which six are lighted for night play, and a newly reconstructed pro shop with porch seating that provides a great sightline into the venue.  The Washington Park Tennis courts have hosted numerous events, including NAIA Regional and ITA Tennis Tournaments.
