UIS Cross Country Course

The UIS Campus Cross Country Course is located on the northeast portion of the university property and on the north end of the YMCA Soccer Fields.

The 2000m Lap (1.25 miles) is an all grass trail that begins at the pine trees located along University Drive. The course is marked at each 200m which can be helpful for tracking specific workouts as well as being mowed to make it an easy to follow course.

The lap heads east through the fields into the Spencer House property where it loops thru the UIS Challenge Course and returns to the soccer field areas winding around the 3 northern most fields along the gravel road entrance to University Drive and thru the pines to complete the lap.
