Syerra Cunningham (Beach Park, Ill.) is the January Star of the Month after averaging 7.5 points and 8.1 rebounds over 11 games. She scored in double-figures five times including a career-high 16 points against Maryville on January 4.

Cunningham leads the team six double-doubles, four of which came in the month of January. She also shot 56 percent (33-59) from the floor.
