Amorrow Morgan begins his first season as an assistant coach for the University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball program.

Morgan most recently spent time playing for FIBA on the SC ITzehoe Eagles in Germany. He led the team in scoring and was third in rebounding. Morgan also gained professional experience as a member of the World-Class Aviation Giants of Netherland.

Prior to playing professionally, Morgan was a student assistant coach at his alma mater, Idaho State. He was responsible for film exchange, assisting with player development and working with the head coach in practices and games.

Morgan was a four-year player at Idaho State and was a three-time team captain. He garnered All-Big Sky honors as a junior and senior. For his career, he averaged 10.7 points and shot 44 percent from the floor.At Idaho State, he also participated in SAAC and served as both the vice president and president.

In 2012, Morgan earned a bachelor's degree from Idaho State in physical education with an emphasis in sport management.
